Original drawing of the guide vane - "original_Guide Vane". The material of the pins and the blade of the guide vane is S355 steel. Parts from items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are prepared and will be delivered. The material of parts 2 - 8 is stainless steel 1.4541. Scope of work: Visual inspection and possible cleaning. Manufacturing a new part of element 9, including the groove. The material of this part with dimensions 50x20x3800 mm is stainless steel 1.4541. The guide vanes should be machined and prepared for welding parts pos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 as shown in the drawing. Before welding, NDT inspection of the guide vane pins should be performed. After the inspection, welding of the parts will be performed. 1 - 9 in accordance with the drawing and surfacing in accordance with section V - V in the drawing. After welding, NDT testing of welds and finishing of all cladding sheets will be carried out in accordance with the drawing. Additional technical requirements - in accordance with drawing notes. Dimensional inspection. Coatings compatible with the coating system. 2 pieces Generator shaft CKD.640370-205 Scope of work: The original generator shaft will be delivered after disassembly. The shaft material is forged carbon steel. Scope of work: Visual inspection and possible cleaning. Align the shaft in the machine tool, make indications and machine all surfaces marked with triangle 6 (max. material loss is 0.5 mm). After machining, indication and dimensional control will take place. Coatings compatible with the coating system. 1 piece Turbine shaft CKD.640370-202 Scope of work: The original turbine shaft will be delivered after disassembly. The shaft material is forged carbon steel. Scope of work: Visual inspection and possible cleaning. Align the shaft in the machine, take indications, and machine all surfaces with minimal material removal. The exact technology for carrying out all the work is shown in the drawing.
