In total ~ 170 tons. Offer should include: Excell file filled in graphs 1.2, 2.1 ÷ 2.5; Workshop drawings preparation approval with customer. Step file (3D model) will be provided by client; Material for ducts - Corten A (analogue S355J0WP). Steel supports - material S235J2 S355J2 (alternative for 2.3 and 2.4 - Corten B); Leak test for ducts to be included; Delivery terms - end of February (2022). Please specify production time in weeks; Loading and fixing to ship (FOB, Incoterms 2012). General requirements: Production standard - designers not mentioned, but I assume we will follow EN 1090 EXC 2; Tolerances according EN13920 BF (medium); Welds EN 5817- B; NDT - 10 percent MT, 10 percent UT and 100 percent VT; Leak test for all duct segments to be included in workshop; EN 12944-5 - C5 painting - only for supports (pendelum and fixed points); Corten ducts - no surface treatment !!!; Notify Body (NOBO) inspections - not included in manufacturers scope.
